GBICs can be installed to provide additional connectivity capability, including multiple storage attachments and clustering configurations. BL also provides Small Form Factor Pluggable interfaces (SFPs). SFPs interface a network device (such as a mother board or router) with a fibre optic cable using an SFF Connector.
