  • Storage Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Provide a technical resource for planning, documenting, implementations and support for both pre & post sales in the core area of server and storage technology.
    • Demonstrate leadership aptitude, become a valued member of the engineering team & be available to all peers in all departments to assist in the mission of the company.
    • Perform implementations of customer server and storage systems.
    • Provide remote & onsite technical support to our customers, with an emphasis on server and storage knowledge.
    • Provide in depth technical support on a 24×7 basis.
    • Participate in rotating on call schedule, approximately 1 week per month.
    • Engage, triage, and resolve technical issues with multiple manufactures, vendors, and customers Manage dynamic, high impact teams to resolve client issues from development to closure.
    • Diagnose and service both hardware and software related issues.
    • Provide technical strategic and design support to customers, with an emphasis on promoting BL Trading technology solutions.
    • Participate in self-guided and classroom training to continuously improve technical skills & obtain ongoing certification requirements.
    • Some travel required.
    • Participate in special projects & product development activities as assigned.

    Education and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Business and/or Information Technology preferred.
    • Experienced Storage Engineer specializing in EMC technologies, including, but not limited to, VNX, VNXe, Data Domain, & Isilon.
    • Experience with Brocade, Cisco, & Fiber Channel switches and routers.
    • Understanding of server backup and recovery methodologies.
    • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
    • Proven ability to migrate from old servers to new servers.
    • Proven ability to migrate from old SANs to new SANs.
    • Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
    • Excellent customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to adapt and function in a rapidly-changing environment.
  • Senior Account Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Generate new sales revenue for BL by cross-selling all of our products and services.
    • Prospect, identify and close potential sales opportunities.
    • Interact with customers through the use of internal and external resources.
    • Create territory and account plans and provide monthly and quarterly sales reviews.
    • Develop account strategies with customers that fit into their budget and project timelines.
    • Develop and present proposals and solutions that will meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
    • Insure high post-sales satisfaction to promote customer loyalty.
    • Territory: New England

    Experience & Education

    • 5 to 10 years sales experience required in a direct sales role.
    • Experience selling IT enterprise storage, networking solutions and servers to high-level IT managers.
    • Must demonstrate a proven track record to qualify, penetrate and close new accounts.
    • Must be an energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic and proven sales skills.
    • Must demonstrate the ability to present complex technical and business solutions to all levels of an organization.
    • The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
  • Inside Sales Executive – Data Storage Hardware

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect, identify and close potential sales opportunities.
    • Generate new sales revenue by selling storage products to existing customers.
    • Develop account strategies to grow business with existing companies as well as prospect and close new customers.
    • Maintain pipeline of forecasted opportunities.
    • Insure customer satisfaction with responsive account management.

    Experience and Education

    • Demonstrated successful experience in tele-marketing capacity is mandatory.
    • Experience selling high technology products is highly desirable.
    • Experience tele-marketing EMC storage products is a plus.
    • BS/BA desirable.
    • Excellent written and communication skills required.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sales Force Automation tools desirable.
    • Energetic self-starter with strong work ethic and excellent track record of success require.
