In its early years, the company focused on reselling enterprise mainframe equipment. Today we boast the largest inventory of pre-owned CLARiiON parts in the Northeast. As our company grew, so did our customers needs. In many cases, our customers were looking for more than a replacement part or spare drive. Their data kept growing, but their time, resources, and budgets did not. They needed a cost-effective way to maintain their storage environment, so that they could focus on their core business.
The BL Trading Professional Services Division was established in 1998. Comprised of senior systems and senior field engineers, the BL Trading Professional Services staff has the knowledge and experience to assess, design, implement, and support complete data storage initiatives. We specialize in SAN implementations, storage and server consolidations, database migrations, backup, recovery and archive technologies, and storage and system administration.
Today BL Trading serves more than 4,000 customers all across the world. We have recently moved into our new custom built corporate facility in Hingham, MA including the addition of a leading edge in-house lab for interoperability testing, customer demos, and product evaluations. Our storage industry experience, combined with our highly technical expertise, has allowed us to become the complete solution provider we are today.
