Inside Sales Executive – Data Storage Hardware
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify and close potential sales opportunities
- Generate new sales revenue by selling storage products to existing customers
- Develop account strategies to grow business with existing companies as well as prospect and close new customers
- Maintain pipeline of forecasted opportunities
- Insure customer satisfaction with responsive account management.
Experience and Education:
- Demonstrated successful experience in tele-marketing capacity is mandatory
- Experience selling high technology products is highly desirable
- Experience tele-marketing EMC storage products is a plus
- BS/BA desirable
- Excellent written and communication skills required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sales Force Automation tools desirable

Senior Inside Sales Executive – Data Storage HW/SW/Services

- Interact with customers through the use of internal and external resources
- Develop account strategies with customers that fit into their budget and timelines while meeting quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Insure high post-sales satisfaction to promote customer loyalty
Experience and Education:
- BS/BA (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years inside sales experience with Information Technology products and services
- Experience selling IT enterprise storage solutions to high-level IT managers
- Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent track record
- Experience with relevant technologies (IT systems, data storage hardware and software products, networks)
- EMC product experience
- Must demonstrate the ability to present complex technical and business solutions to all levels of an organization
- Strong business and industry acumen
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Systems Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide an engineering resource for implementation, support, and special projects for BL Trading customer base in the core area of server and storage technology
- Become a valued member of BL Trading engineering team, available to peers in all departments to assist in the mission of the company
- Perform the implementation of customer server and storage systems
- Participate in special projects/product development activities as assigned
- Provide telephone technical support to our customers, with an emphasis on server and storage knowledge
- Participate in self-guided and classroom training to continuously improve technical skills
Education and Experience:
- BS/BA (MBA a plus)
- Experience in building EMC, HP, Dell, and/or IBM server and/or storage subsystems
- Experience with Brocade, Cisco, and McData fibre-channel switches
- Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and function in a rapidly-changing environment
- Travel required
Senior Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate leadership aptitude, becoming available to peers in all departments to assist in the mission of the company
- Successful pre-sales engineering accomplishments, including designing/selling solutions and meeting revenue/margin goals
- Participate as the technical expert and resource during the pre-sales engagement
- Provide technical strategic and design phone support to customers, with an emphasis on promoting BL Trading technology solutions
- Participate in special projects/business development activities as assigned from time to time
- Participate in self-guided and classroom training to continuously improve technical skills
Education and Experience
- BS/BA (MBA a plus)
- Three years of pre-sales systems engineering experience
- SAN, NAS, and direct attached storage design experience with EMC, HP, and/or IBM technologies
- General understanding of network, system, storage, databases and peripheral technologies
- Demonstrated value and solution selling capabilities
- One or more industry certifications (desirable, some may be required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to adapt and function in a rapidly-changing environment
- Travel required.
Senior Account Executive
BL Trading, Inc. is a value-added reseller of EMC storage, networking products, software and solutions. BL Trading currently has an opening for an outside sales professional with extensive sales experience. The candidate must have industry experience in IT sales and a comprehensive knowledge of high-level technology solutions.
Territory: New England
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales revenue for BL by cross-selling all of our products and services.
- Prospect, identify and close potential sales opportunities
- Interact with customers through the use of internal and external resources.
- Create territory and account plans and provide monthly and quarterly sales reviews.
- Develop account strategies with customers that fit into their budget and project timelines.
- Develop and present proposals and solutions that will meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Insure high post-sales satisfaction to promote customer loyalty.
Experience & Education:
- 5 to 10 years sales experience required in a direct sales role.
- Experience selling IT enterprise storage, networking solutions and servers to high-level IT managers.
- Must demonstrate a proven track record to qualify, penetrate and close new accounts.
- Must be an energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic and proven sales skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to present complex technical and business solutions to all levels of an organization.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
