Our service delivery methodology begins with a Statement of Work and the assignment of a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for the project through its duration, from technical meetings with the client in the initial planning phase through to the implementation and follow-up stages of the project. The Project Manager also does any necessary training and knowledge transfer to the client following the implementation. When a project is completed, the Professional Services team conducts a review of the project based on the Statement of Work.
